4. Returns & Refunds

  1. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: You may return any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item’s purchase price.

  2. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable service.

  3. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 14 calendar days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

  4. PayPal Refunds: Refunds to PayPal accounts will be processed within 14 days of return receipt; in certain jurisdictions where required by law, processing may extend up to 30 days.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, gift cards, and items on clearance sale cannot be returned.

5. Warranty & Dispute Resolution

  1. Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery.
